BNI Must Investigate Nana Addo's Missing Law Certificate--Wayo
Outspoken Leader and Founder of the United Renaissance Party (URP), Charles Kofi Wayo, has suggested the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) should step in to investigate missing law certificate of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the 2012 Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party.

His suggestion came after documents submitted to the court on behalf of Nana Akufo-Addo, on Tuesday 9th April, in response to a writ challenging his qualification as a lawyer indicated, that the former Attorney General’s law certificate was missing.

According to him, Nana Addo was a high-profile personality and so his missing certificate affects Ghana’s image and so there is need for National Security to take the issue up to unravel the truth.

Kofi Wayo in an interview on Radio Gold also asked President Mahama to take keen interest in the ongoing issues about Nana Addo’s missing law certificate because the issue borders on the country’s integrity.

Retired Supreme Court Judge, Justice Francis Yaonasu Kpegah has filed a case against Nana Addo for impersonation at the Fast Track High Court in Accra.
Kofi Wayo wanted to know if the 2012 NPP presidential candidate reported the missing certificate to the police.

“The whole world thinks Ghanaians are fraudulent, the whole government is fraudulent, Judges are corrupt, lawyers are corrupt. This is what’s out there, this is the reality...So, the President should ask the BNI to investigate this case and bring to the people to determine whether or not this is being done” he was quoted as saying on Peace FM.
